{Edible High Protein} Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
We all love chocolate chip cookies right?
And who doesn’t eat the dough while you make them?
The problem is, of course, that while cookies are super delicious and a great once in a while treat - they aren’t the best choice if you are looking to lose weight or eat well in general. High in sugar, no protein, tons of carbs.
What if you could eat chocolate chip cookie dough without ANY guilt? What if this cookie dough was high in protein, good fat, and low in sugar content?
We gotcha! This recipe is AMAZING.
With a combo of cottage cheese and vanilla protein powder - you are looking at one awesome high-protein snack or a dessert if you’ve got a sweet tooth! Use it as a dip or just eat right off the spoon.
We don’t recommend eating this all in one seating.. but if you did, we wouldn’t blame you. ;)
{Edible High Protein} Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
8 oz high-fat cottage cheese
1/8 c. maple syrup
1 scoop vanilla protein powder*
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
1/4 C. (or measure with your heart) mini chocolate chips
Directions:
1) Add all ingredients (except almond flour and chocolate chips) into a food processor. Mix until smooth.
2) Put in a bowl, and mix in almond flour and chocolate chips
