About Us
Hey there! We're Drea and Brit.
We're the co-founders of Fit MOM, sisters and mamas of 2 children each. Throughout our pregnancies, birth, and physical struggles postpartum, we discovered significant gaps in postpartum support from within the fitness and healthcare industries. After experiencing well-supported pregnancies and births, we were surprised to feel so alone and confused about how to heal and strengthen our bodies postpartum. There weren't any resources to turn to - so we decided to change that!
We believe that moms deserve better support, and it's our goal to help all moms bounce forward into bodies that exude confidence, strength, and love. Postpartum "mom problems" like leaking, diastasis recti, weak core strength, and body image frustration may be common - but they don't need to be a part of your story!
As Certified Personal Trainers specializing in pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise, we've made it our mission to be your trusted postpartum fitness experts, bridging the gap from birth to getting back to daily activities and a healthy movement routine with a community of like-minded moms.
Through educational and effective fitness classes, in-depth guides in our online MVMT platform or our Prepared 4 Postpartum prenatal class series we've continued our mission to support hundreds of moms over the years to feel strong, confident, and connected.
