Hey there! We’re Drea and Brit, the two sisters, moms, and seasoned fitness trainers behind Fit Moms on the Move (Fit MOM).

Our goal is to help busy moms just like you discover self-confidence through a love of exercise while focusing on healing and strengthening your body to tackle the challenges of motherhood and life.

With our workout routines and program options, we will assist you in strengthening your deep core and enhancing pelvic floor function, allowing you to avoid or alleviate the typical issues that come with motherhood (regardless of how long ago you had your last child!).
