What about mom?

Preparations begin as soon as you see that blue line on the pregnancy test.

During pregnancy, moms are well guided, cared for, and supported to ensure a healthy baby and pregnancy and a smooth delivery and birth. Moms tend to prioritize birth, parenting, and/or breastfeeding classes, baby gear research, nursery room prep, OB/midwife appointments, and more. There are lots of changes to prepare for!

But there isn’t much talk about preparing for your needs after baby arrives.

Your body changes and adapts with pregnancy, and contrary to societal expectations - most moms do not just “bounce back”.

After birth, SO MANY women experience:

Incontinence (urine or fecal leaking)
Low back, neck, hip, shoulder pain
Weak abs
Lower belly bulge/pooch
A flattened butt
Pressure "down there"
Diastasis recti
Mental exhaustion, frustration, worry & self-doubt
and more!

These common issues can feel and look embarrassing and sometimes even provoke feelings of guilt and shame (even though they are not your fault).

The biggest problem is that these issues don’t just “go away.”

Moms often report that quality of life, self-esteem, and mental health is significantly impacted because of these problems.

We’re here to tell you….. dealing with them forever is NOT something you should expect or accept!
